How we install pattern imprinted concrete in Bury
Unlike firms that dig out several jobs and pour them in sequence, we work on one project continuously. We excavate one day, then pour, colour and stamp the next when the weather allows, so you have our full attention and as little disruption as possible.
After stamping, the surface is left clean and walkable for around 7 days while the concrete cures. We then return to power wash and apply a solvent-based acrylic sealant, which locks in the colour, repels dirt and algae, and carries a non-slip agent for safety in wet weather.
Signs you might need Pattern Imprinted Concrete in Bury
- You want a single seamless surface that flows from driveway to path to patio
- Your existing surface looks tired, stained or faded and lets down the front of the house
- Block pavers or slabs have worked loose, sunk or become a trip hazard
- The colour of your old paving has faded and it drags down the front of your Bury home
- Weeds and moss keep pushing up through the joints in your current driveway or patio
With Pattern Imprinted Concrete you get the look of premium paving, the strength of reinforced concrete and a surface that needs little more than an occasional rinse. Contact Driveway & Decking Co. for a free, no-obligation quote for your Bury project.

Cannot recommend these guys enough. James, Ross, George and John all done an amazing job transforming my driveway and patio. Professional from the outset with a final finish that impresses everyone that sees it, that will last years to come!
We had our driveway done this year and they did a fantastic job. I'm really happy with the outcome. I would recommend this company.
Had these guys do my garden from a recommendation. They have done a fantastic job . My garden now looks amazing. Anyone who's thinking of having a garden makeover or a new drive I highly recommend this company. 10/10
Fantastic team, professional but friendly. They have done a brilliant job on our front drive a few years ago and this year on our back garden, with new decking, imprinted concrete patio and pathway and finished off with a gravel area and turf. They did the whole job from start, clearing the area, working through bad weather where they could and only the recent snow held the job up and only by a couple of days! Definitely recommend 100%. Thanks guys!
Very pleased with our driveway which was completed in January. Communication before the job was great and the work was carried out efficiently and to a high standard. Would definitely recommend them for anyone looking to get imprinted concrete work done.

Frequently Asked Questions
- We recommend waiting 3 to 5 days before walking on the surface and at least 7 days before parking vehicles on it, giving the concrete time to cure fully.
- Most Pattern Imprinted Concrete projects take around 7 to 10 days from start to finish. We excavate, pour and stamp, then allow roughly 7 days for the concrete to cure before sealing.
- Pattern Imprinted Concrete is generally similar in price to good quality tarmac, block paving or Indian sandstone. Its long life and low upkeep make it the more cost-effective choice over time for a Bury driveway or patio.
- Usually, yes. With over a dozen patterns and a wide colour palette, from natural stone tones to bolder shades, plus contrasting borders, we design the finish around your Bury home. Your choice of pattern and colour never affects the price.
- Very little. The sealed, joint-free surface resists weeds, moss and stains. An occasional sweep or rinse is usually enough, with a clean and reseal every few years to keep it looking like new.
- Every site is assessed individually. In most cases we excavate and lay a fresh, compacted sub-base to guarantee durability, rather than pouring over an old surface that may move or fail.
- Yes. We offer finance through Ideal4Finance so you can spread the cost of your Bury driveway or patio rather than pay it all up front. Ask us for details when we visit to survey and quote.
- Resealing every 3 to 5 years keeps the surface protected, vibrant and looking like new. If the colour looks pale when dry but fine when wet, it is usually time for a reseal.
- Yes. Once the surface has cured for around 7 days we power wash it and apply a solvent-based acrylic sealant. That locks in the colour, repels dirt and algae, and carries a non-slip agent for safety in wet weather.
- Yes. Its strength and low upkeep make it ideal for pub gardens, restaurant terraces, shopfronts and public walkways, as well as domestic driveways, patios and paths.
